Age Pioneers: Revitalise and Reenergise Your Midlife Workforce

Against a turbulent and intense geopolitical and economic backdrop, HR leaders are under pressure to deliver more with less and over-50s workers are feeling demoralised and overlooked. Global employee engagement dropped from 23% to 21% last year, according to Gallop, impacting productivity and workplace happiness. However, a 5% increase in employee engagement is linked to an impactful 3% increase in revenue (source: AON Hewitt).

How can you revitalise the best midlife talent? Find out in this half-day interactive conference, packed with networking, case studies from your peers, and advice from age intelligence experts.
