With over two decades of recruitment industry experience, Adam is a trusted advisor to leading recruitment firms across the globe. His team partners daily with the recruitment sector to arm them with unique solutions and insight trends from LinkedIn’s more than 1 billion global members, to help them find the best talent for their clients.  

Prior to LinkedIn, Adam spent 18 years at The Adecco Group in numerous executive leadership and board member roles. He has worked and lived abroad for 10 years where he gained unique exposure to many global staffing markets and managed a multitude of differing businesses.

Christian McIntyre, Customer Care Colleague Services Director, Barclays

Christian has 2 children, 2 beagles and is a husband to Hannah. He lives in Cheshire and has just started his first season coaching 43x U7s football for Congleton Town FC. He is a DE&I Ambassador and has a passion for Sustainability; both at home and in the workplace.

Christian is responsible for all things ‘People’ across the 17,000 colleagues within Barclays Customer Care. His team partner across Customer Care to enable colleagues to deliver safe and exceptional service for our customers. They create a superb hybrid working environment while supporting colleagues personal and professional growth throughout their time in Customer Care. Christian started with Barclays in 2018 as a Business Manager in Finance before transitioning into his current role, leading the team responsible for onboarding, training, coaching and engaging colleagues in Customer Care.

Prior to Barclays, Christian spent 9 years with Lloyds Banking Group, enjoying roles in Corporate Banking, Credit Risk, Supplier Management and Operations. He joined on the Graduate Scheme and spent almost 4 incredible years managing Supplier Relationships, both living and working in India and the Philippines.

Sally-Anne is the HR Director for the Industrial Water and Energy business in the UK, Ireland and Nordics at Veolia.  She has gained vast experience during her career having worked for renowned companies across diverse industries including BAE Systems, Hilton, Pfizer Adams and National Grid.

Eleanor Mills, Founder & CEO, Noon - Home of the Queenager

Eleanor Mills is a campaigner, Founder, bestselling-author and award-winning journalist and editor. Her book Much More to Come: Lessons on the Mayhem and Magnificence of Midlife, published by HarperCollins in August 2024 is a Times bestseller and she is the founder of Noon.org.uk – a platform and community of women in midlife, she calls them Queenagers. Eleanor’s mission is to change the narrative around older women in our culture to something more positive and fit for purpose which befits their pioneering status. To do that she became an entrepreneur at 50 setting up noon.org.uk in 2021.

Prior to that, for 23 years, Eleanor was a senior executive on The Sunday Times; the paper’s Editorial Director, award-winning Editor of The Sunday Times Magazine, a columnist and she has interviewed everyone from David Cameron and Theresa May to Sheryl Sandberg, Harry Styles and the Dalai Lama. She was Chair of Women in Journalism UK from 2014-2021. She still writes regularly across UK newspapers and magazines, gives regular keynotes for global corporations on gendered-ageism and getting to gender parity and runs programmes within companies to help them retain their Queenager talent.
