What is an Age Readiness Score?

The Age Readiness Score provides a snapshot of the age inclusivity in your organisation based on our globally tried and tested inclusivity methodology.

It provides a comprehensive overview of where your business is at through the lenses of Redefine, Attract, Grow and Engage (R/AGE™). The process involves ranking your company against 27 statements scientifically grounded in our extensive research and experience of what it takes to be truly age inclusive and attract and retain the best over-50s talent.

Upon completion you will receive a detailed Age Readiness Report directly to your inbox with an overall age inclusivity score out of 100 - which is unique to your organisation and completely private. ​

The report also outlines actionable areas for improvement, and you have the opportunity to work with one of our Age Inclusivity consultants who can walk you through the Readiness Score for no additional cost. They will also help you with identifying your next steps to becoming a more Age-Inclusive company that attracts and retains the best over-50s talent.

To access your full Age Readiness Score and to download your report, a one-time payment of £3,495 (exc. VAT) will be required upon completion. This can be paid via card or invoice.

What is R/AGE™?

R/AGE™ is our globally tried-and-tested age-inclusivity methodology.

Your Age Readiness Score gives you a snapshot of your current age inclusivity, and an indication of where you are on your journey to becoming an Age-Inclusive employer.

How do I Get Started?

Wherever you’re starting from, there’s no judgement here.

Your score helps you to understand where you are and what you need to do and areas for improvement and focus. Completing it will give you the signposts you need to understand and the steps that you need to take to become an age-inclusive employer.

Who Should Complete This?

Our Age Readiness Score is available to anyone who is interested in understanding their organisations’ journey towards age inclusivity. It’s not just for HR.

However, to be able to answer the questions effectively and therefore, get meaningful advice, it’s useful to have a clear understanding of your organisation’s talent strategy. The good news is that you don’t have to be an expert in age inclusion to get meaningful and actionable results.

After Receiving My Score, What Now?

Once you’ve completed the Age Readiness Score, you’ll receive your preliminary results, highlighting where your business is currently positioned on the road to age inclusion.

You’ll receive a score across all four lenses of R/AGE™ (Redefine, Attract, Grow and Engage), and an overall Score out of 100, with a series of recommendations based on your components scores.

Our questions do more than gather information. To get the most out of how to progress we recommend pairing your score with one of our age-inclusive advisors, we can help you quickly and effectively progress your age strategy. We will reach out to you once you generate your R/AGE™ Score.

Who Will See My Results?

When you complete the Readiness Score, we ask for your email address to share the results with you. These results will also be passed on to a 55/Redefined age-inclusive advisor, who will be on hand to help you with potential next steps on your journey to age-inclusivity.

Your component's score will be anonymised and not shared without your permission, however we will record results and maintain them for statistical purposes.
