Quarterly Report - Market Research Roundup (Dec 2021)

55/Redefined

We summarised some of the UK and Global Market Research reports on the topic, and have condensed over 500 pages of findings into an easy to access guide for you to dip in and out of the reports of interest to you.

Welcome to the first quarterly Fighting Ageism update. You are reading this as you are already a leader in industry, tackling ageism and leading from the front to embrace older workers as our workforce as society shifts to an ageing demographic. By 2023, half of all adults in the UK will be over 50. The majority of these adults either want to work or need to work beyond the age of 65. With your help, we are creating new and flexible ways to keep more people in work for longer and are tackling and removing the stereotypes and discrimination that exists in the workplace against older workers.

We aim to keep this update manageable in length and thus include hyper-links out to full copies of research that we summarise here. In the 5 pages that follow summarising some of the UK and Global Market Research reports on the topic, we have condensed over 500 pages of findings into an easy to access guide for you to dip in and out of the reports of interest to you.

Our data collection on the topic of age diversity is, however, even more extensive than we can share here, thus if you would like to find out more on a specific topic, please do reach out to us.
