Natalie Hall, Managing Director, 55/Redefined said:

“I’m thrilled to step into the role of Managing Director at 55/Redefined. The future is exciting – especially as we continue to empower organisations to embrace both the opportunities and challenges posed by an ageing population. I am deeply proud to be leading a brilliant team who have designed, built and launched Me/Redefined which is already adding 5 years to careers and boosting engagement of 50+ talent.”

Emma Cashmore, Client Solutions Director, 55/Redefined added:

“We want to retire the word ‘retired’. Our latest survey with Just Group shows that two-thirds of workers want to carry on past the state retirement age. With people living longer, and birth rates plummeting, the midlife generation are the engine growth of the economy. Our aim is to harness their drive and experience and ensure they can carry on sharing the value of their experience in multigenerational workplaces.’

Lyndsey Simpson, CEO & Founder of 55/Redefined, commented:

“We are thrilled to welcome Natalie and Emma into these key leadership roles. Their expertise and passion for inclusion will be instrumental as we continue to redefine age in the workplace and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. We’re delighted to recognise Natalie’s efforts for the company and to welcome Emma onto the leadership team to shape the future of 55/Redefined.”
