What is a R/AGE™ Readiness Score?
R/AGE™ Readiness Score provides a snapshot of the age inclusivity in your organisation based on our globally tried and tested inclusivity methodology - and it only takes 10 minutes.
By completing our assessment, you will receive a broad understanding of the level of age inclusivity in your organisation. You will receive a high-level overview of where your business is at, through the lens of Redefine, Attract, Grow and Engage (R/AGE™). You can then easily identify and strategize your next steps to becoming more age-inclusive and how to attract and retain the best over-50s talent.
R/AGE is our globally tried-and-tested age-inclusivity methodology.
Your R/AGE Readiness Score gives you a snapshot of your current age inclusivity, and an indication of where you are on your journey to becoming an age-inclusive employer.

Who Should Complete This?
Our R/AGE™ Readiness Score is available to anyone who is interested in understanding their organisations’ journey towards age inclusivity. It’s not just for HR.
However, to be able to answer the questions effectively and therefore, get meaningful advice, it’s useful to have a clear understanding of your organisation’s talent strategy. The good news is that you don’t have to be an expert in age inclusion to get meaningful and actionable results.
After Receiving My Score, What Now?
Once you’ve completed the R/AGE™ Readiness Score, you’ll receive your preliminary results, highlighting where your business is currently positioned on the road to age inclusion.
You’ll receive a score across all four lenses of R/AGE™ (Redefine, Attract, Grow and Engage), and an overall Score out of 100, with a series of recommendations based on your components scores.
Our questions do more than gather information. To get the most out of how to progress we recommend pairing your Score with one of our age-inclusive advisors, we can help you quickly and effectively progress your age strategy. We will reach out to you once you generate your R/AGE™ Score.

Who Will See My Results?
When you complete the R/AGE™ Readiness Score, we ask for your email address to share the results with you. These results will also be passed on to a 55/Redefined age-inclusive advisor, who will be on hand to help you with potential next steps on your journey to age-inclusivity.
Your results will be anonymised and not shared without your permission, however we will record results and maintain for statistical purposes.
