Diane Rysdale is Head of Recruitment at Hastings Direct, an agile data and digitally focused general insurance provider to the UK market, offering a range of home and vehicle insurance products. The company has over 3 million live customer policies and over 3,300 employees.

To ensure its workforce is future-ready, Hastings Direct engaged in a recruitment advertising campaign aimed at people aged over 50. Diane outlined the background, learnings and outcomes of the campaign.
